Whilst the notorious neck tie murderer strangles franticly and unseen one neck after the other and accidently interferes with the upcoming cleaning comission of the river Thames, our innocent suspect Richard Blaney struggles hard to hide away from the police. The air gets short, when also Blaney’s only friend gets decorated with some rather deadly than nice sample of a tie, and a horrible suspicion arises.
