Kenichi Takabe (Kôji Yakushi) once again sees himself confronted with a tough case to resolve. Gruesome murders are committed in and around Tokyo, but strangely and unlike his other cases the killers don’t make any efforts to hide away, but stick somehow disturbed but close to their victim frankly admitting everything they’ve done. Something smells not quite right.
