Phantom pictures are constructed with the help of computers to rebuild
[reconstruct] the imagined and calculated face of a not identifiable dead person.
The atmosphere of the phantom pictures is cold, dead, threatening
and often horrifying:
Phantoms often appear like simple drawings, sketches,
just the reference [history] to a missing or [crime] suspected
person attaches them their scary, character [appearance]
